Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Tools

  Carefully pack your unused wooden utensils in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from scratches or moisture during transit.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
